This Performance Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Mohawk Bookings LLC (“Client”) and the Soundcheck-managed production team (“Provider”) for the engagement described below.

Engagement: Two headline sets, doors 8:00 PM, show 9:30 PM. Load-in from 4:00 PM, sound check by 6:30 PM. Rooftop stage configuration per attached rider.

Compensation: $4,200 flat, inclusive of production crew rates. 25% non-refundable deposit due upon countersignature; balance due within 7 days of settlement.

Cancellation: Client may cancel with 14+ days notice for a full refund of deposit less processing fees. Inside 14 days, 50% of the engagement fee is retained. Force-majeure events reschedule at no cost.

Media & likeness: Provider grants Client a limited license for promotional use of the performance for 12 months following the event.
